We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our Hospitality company.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, your role is to provide extraordinary experience to our guests and maintain a healthy relationship with them. Excellent time management and leadership qualities are the key requirements to succeed in this role.
Your duties and responsibilities include -
Ensuring that food and drinks are of excellent quality
Design food menus
Develop policies such that they comply to food and safety regulations
You will be responsible to order, purchase and provide food and beverage according to hotel requirements.

Recruit and train the junior staff
Provide excellent customer services to our clients
Maintain the inventory and stock ledgers on a day to day basis
Record all the expenses and bills
Ensure the restaurant is well stocked with alcoholic beverages and other drinks
Ensure the customer's requirements are fulfilled
Maintain healthy relationships with the suppliers and negotiate on the pricing of the items to be ordered
Ensure the quality and standard of the food is maintained
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Keep record of the orders and shipments
Help the guests and clients to decide what to order according to their taste and preferences
Make reports on weekly or monthly basis
Maintain hygiene standards and follow best cleaning practices
Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management or Culinary School Diploma
Proven experience of working as a Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager or a similar role
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of different kinds of food and beverage trends
Proficient in English language
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Outstanding hotel management skills
Quick decision making abilities
Strong work ethics
