We are looking for an efficient Housekeeping Supervisor to be a part of our team. Your role is to provide extraordinary customer satisfaction for our guests when it comes to hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of rooms. Your job includes training of the junior staff according to health and safety standards followed by the hotel and ensure that rooms are regularly cleaned and maintained. Team management and leadership skills are the essential requirements for this role.

Hire and train the junior staff according to hotel policies
Make sure the rooms and stairways are regularly cleaned
Ensure high level customer satisfaction
Monitor the performance of junior housekeeping staff
Respond to customer complaints and queries on a timely basis
Keep record of the cleaning products and restock when necessary
Manage the staff according to shifts and availability
Evaluate housekeeping staff on the basis of performance
Ensure all the rules are being followed properly
High school diploma
Proven experience of working as a Housekeeping Supervisor
Proficient knowledge of industrial cleaning tools
Excellent team management skills
Physically active and healthy to perform difficult tasks
Should be willing to work for different shifts
