As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for understanding the organizational hiring needs. You will also be responsible for advertising open positions online as well as composing engaging job descriptions accordingly.
In addition to this, you should also assist the team in the onboarding process as well as organize orientation programs. Prior work experience as an Internal Recruiter or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate.
To be successful in this job role, you should have a sound knowledge of the hiring process and practices. You should also possess good time management skills and the ability to make timely decisions.

Writing job descriptions based on the hiring needs.
Posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Attending the meetings with the team to understand the hiring requirements.
Reviewing potential candidate job applications and resumes.
Conducting both online and offline interviews.
Performing background checks and verifying candidates' information.
Answering candidates’ queries related to the job application and recruitment process.
Assessing and evaluating candidates based on their interview and screening performance.
Planning and implementing employee referral programs.
Introducing new hirer to the company.
Organizing orientation programs for new employees.
Attending job fairs and campus recruitment drives on behalf of the company.
Working in close collaboration with the team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven working experience in the Human Resources department as an Internal Recruiter, Executive Recruiter, or a similar role
Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment processes and best hiring practices
Knowledge of recruiting software such as Jobsoid
Exceptional communication, research, and networking skills.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of labor legislation
Experience using various modes of interviewing
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
A keen eye for details.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
