As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the hiring needs in the organization. You will also be responsible for modifying the recruiting methods and strategies as per the hiring requirements.
In addition to this, you should be highly knowledgeable about the labor legislation and HR practices. You should also have a thorough understanding of employer branding strategies. Prior experience in using candidate sourcing tools and methods will be mandatory for this job position.
You should possess extraordinary decision-making skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. You should also have good interpersonal and communication skills. Further, you should also showcase exceptional leadership skills.

Reviewing and modifying the current recruiting procedures.
Selecting appropriate advertising methods.
Monitoring the recruitment metrics.
Overseeing the recruitment team members.
Utilizing Applicant Tracking System and Resume Databases.
Advising the Hiring Manager on various interviewing techniques.
Understanding the recruitment needs of the organization.
Attending meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry-related events.
Screening potential candidates and inviting them for interviews.
Participating in job fairs and career events.
Recommending ways to create a powerful employer brand.
Conducting online and in-person interview sessions.
Building a strong relationship with the clients.
Performing detailed research on improving recruiting leads.
Building company’s professional networks.
Staying updated with the latest developments in the HR industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Organizational Psychology.
Extensive knowledge and experience of using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Jobsoid.
Excellent experience in screening and interviewing candidates.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. for social media recruiting
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of employer branding strategies.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good time management skills.
Understanding of Human Resource procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to make a timely decision.
