As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, finding, and recruiting brilliant sales professionals for our company. You will also be responsible for preparing a hiring strategy according to the company's needs.
To be successful in this job role, you should be proficient in Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Management System. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to take decisions promptly.

Devising hiring strategies as per the company's hiring needs.
Sourcing and finding sales candidates.
Collaborating with Headhunters to hire the best talent.
Using Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Management System to streamline recruitment process.
Advertising job vacancies on various job boards.
Writing job descriptions for the open positions.
Conducting screening both online and offline.
Preparing attractive and engaging job advertisements.
Contacting the prospective sales candidates via e-mail and phone calls.
Arranging sales interviews with the Sales Team members.
Building a strong relationship with the candidates for future reference.
Scheduling walk-in interviews along with the Sales Recruiting team.
Recommending ways to improve the hiring practices.
Assisting in day-to-day activities for the administration department.
Managing and updating employee database for reference.
Attending college job fairs and other promotional events to find talent.
Managing all the hiring-related affairs.
Sending decline or rejection letter to the necessary candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Sales Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or a similar position in the HR Department.
Working experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes and principles.
Experience and knowledge of Sales KPIs and metrics.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong decision-making abilities.
