Identifying and understanding the staff requirements in various departments.
Creating and executing full-proof talent acquisition strategies and procedures.
Creating and building a powerful employer brand for the company.
Advertising jobs on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
Identifying prospective candidates and reviewing their applications.
Planning on employer referral programs.
Designing and planning the selection process.
Maintaining the hiring and advertising process via Applicant Tracking Systems.
Recommending ways to improve employee retention in the company.
Evaluating potential candidates via email and calls.
Creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Maintaining a good and healthy relationship with the potential candidates.
Staying updated with the talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques.
Proficient in HR Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems like Jobsoid.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good time management abilities.
Experience in interviewing candidates as well as assessing them.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
