We are looking for an ideal candidate Senior Web Developer to join our IT and Development team.
As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and managing web pages and various website applications. You will be leading a team of Senior Web Application Developers and Junior Web Developers.
You will also be collaborating with the other team members such as the Content Team as well as the Design Team to refine the website and fix the technical issues. Your ultimate goal will be to provide user information solutions by creating web pages and apps.

Analyze the user requirements and define the website objectives.
Collaborate with the team of developers, and set timelines for the project.
Assign tasks to the team members.
Write the code for various applications of a website, if required.
Design website layouts in the specified programming language.
Work with designers to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Manage and update the documentation to support users.
Monitor the work of junior developers and train them.
Evaluate the performance of the team and suggest improvements for their growth.
Support the web application developers and guide them as required.
Keep yourself updated with the latest web development practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
Proven 3-4 years of experience working as a Web Developer, Web Programmer or a similar role.
Exceptional working knowledge of various website development techniques.
Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals.
Exceptional understanding of UI Prototyping tools.
Ability to lead a team of developers.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
