Job Overview 

We are looking for a Private Investigator with excellent research skills and a clean criminal record to be a part of our team. You should be able to assist Police Officers in criminal investigations and in locating missing persons. Besides, you should be able to perform undercover operations as and when required.  

As a Private Investigator, you should be able to interview clients and witnesses to obtain relevant information about the case. In addition to this, you should be able to provide debriefing consultations. Moreover, you should have excellent knowledge about cyber security.  

Furthermore, you should be able to coordinate with Forensic Scientists and Legal Advisors in analyzing the evidence gathered. You should also possess self-defense skills and display excellent moral integrity. To excel in this job role, you should be willing to work for long hours and in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities 

• Examining the clients' requirements and cases 

• Gathering and contacting resources to obtain additional information 

• Performing surveillance checks 

• Interviewing clients and witnesses related to the case 

• Conducting in-depth and thorough background checks 

• Offering security services as and when required 

• Performing undercover operations 

• Obtaining personal records like tax filings and public records to gather case details 

• Documenting investigations by maintaining and updating daily reports 

• Testifying in court 

• Coordinating with forensic experts to analyze evidence 

• Assisting in helping locate missing persons 

• Providing debriefing consultations 

• Analyzing browsing histories and hard drive contents for cases related to cyber theft 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Science, or a related field 

• Proven work experience as a Private Investigator or a similar role in the Legal department 

• Having a clean criminal record  

• Holding a valid driver's license 

• Complete knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations 

• Familiarity with the rules governing cyber security 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Detail-oriented and research driven individual 

• Decent self-defense skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Willing to travel to different locations 

• Ability to work for long, flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions 

• Ability to offer enhanced customer experience
