Job Overview 

Our Legal firm is in search of a passionate and experienced Prosecutor to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for planning the prosecution cases by conducting in-depth research. Besides, you should also be able to question the suspects, witnesses, and victims. Your strong analytical skills will be helpful in reviewing various documents such as police statements, medical files, and forensic reports.  

You should also be able to review appeals and pleadings and make a fair decision on the same. Moreover, you should be able to communicate and explain the case stages to the involved parties when needed. You should also be able to maintain integrity when making case decisions. A candidate who is highly motivated, reliable, and ethical will be considered. 

As a Prosecutor, you should be well aware of all the courtroom processes and have complete knowledge of the laws and regulations. In addition to this, you should hold a valid license to practice law. You should be able to handle stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities 

• Reviewing various cases and advising the counsel in court 

• Examining appeals and accepting or rejecting the same 

• Providing fair verdict on various criminal cases 

• Questioning suspects, victims, and eye witnesses 

• Coordinating with Police Officers and law enforcement agencies  

• Preparing cases for trials and court proceedings 

• Conducting in-depth research and reviewing police, medical, and forensic reports 

• Communicating the judicial processes to the involved parties 

• Liaising with Attorneys and following on case stages 

• Deciding on the charges to be imposed on the criminals 

• Explaining the court’s decisions to the victims and their families 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field 

• Holding a valid license to practice law 

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Prosecutor, Attorney, Associate Attorney , or a similar position in the Legal industry 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Highly motivated, reliable, and ethical individual 

• Ability to conduct in-depth research 

• Displaying an attention to detail 

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills 

• Ability to handle stressful situations 

• Ability to provide enhanced customer service
