Besides, you should be able to develop and effective strategies to resolve the case at hand. You should also be able to explain to the clients any legal consequences and outcomes. Moreover, you should be able to gather and prepare legal documents such as contracts and deeds. 

As an Attorney, you should have excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Also, you should maintain an ethical behavior when dealing with any legal proceedings. Furthermore, you should remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal sector. Your ability to handle stressful situations will be advantageous.

Responsibilities 

• Communicating with clients and understanding their legal concerns and requirements 

• Providing clients appropriate legal advice 

• Planning and developing effective strategies to help resolve cases 

• Explaining the legal consequences and outcomes to clients  

• Helping clients in making the right legal move 

• Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients 

• Developing and presenting arguments in court 

• Assisting clients in gathering, preparing, and submitting legal documents  

• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the current legislation 

• Conducting in-depth research to understand the case thoroughly 

• Preparing contracts, deeds, and other documents abiding to the legal requirements 

• Maintaining and updating case progress reports 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field 

• Holding a valid license and certification to practice law 

• Proven work experience in the Legal industry or in a reputed law firm as an Attorney or an Associate Attorney 

• Complete knowledge of the current legislation, State, and Federal rules 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Highly reliable, motivated, and confident individual 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Excellent presentation skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Strong researching and negotiation skills 

• Ability to handle stressful situations 

• Ability to offer improved customer service
