We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for analyzing and creating Logistics plan to carry out the business operations successfully. You should review the distribution processes and manage the inventory for maximum customer satisfaction at minimal cost. You need to have excellent negotiation and communication skills to perform this role efficiently and effectively.

Examine the supply chain process carefully.
Register and maintain shipment data such as space availability, charges, damages and weight for our records.
Coordinate with vendors, retailers, customers and maintain cordial relationship with them.
Preparing documents like orders, invoices etc.
Prepare materials for shipping. This involves monitoring the packaging and labeling of products.
Coordinate with the logistics staff for shipment of materials.
Supervise the orders and make arrangements to keep the stock levels adequate.
Update higher management regarding the Logistics situation.
Identify shipping methods and routes for products to be shipped.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
1-2 years of experience working as a Logistics Coordinator or Manager.
Experience in Customer Service would be preferred.
Understanding of Logistics software(ERP) such as SAP, NetSuite ERP, Sage Intacct etc.
Ability to supervise supply chain process.
Thorough understanding of vendor market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in teams.
Outstanding record keeping and organizational skills.
