We are looking for an individual with punctuality and a thorough road sense to join us as a Driver. Your responsibilities will include driving people to and from their destination on time. Besides, you should be able to keep the vehicle clean and safe. 

You should be calm, composed, and hold a pleasing personality at all times. Your knowledge about local sightseeing places will help in assisting clients. In addition to this, you should be able to use navigation tools to identify shorter routes. 

Apart from driving, you should be scheduling regular servicing appointments and car washes. You will be collecting payments from clients and maintaining accurate receipts of the same.

Responsibilities

• Picking and driving clients from/to their destinations

• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety

• Using navigation tools like Google Maps to identify shorter and traffic-free routes

• Helping clients with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings

• Collecting and maintaining payment records

• Checking weather reports and traffic updates before beginning the journey

• Assisting clients with travel queries and suggesting sightseeing places

• Ensuring clients are comfortable throughout the journey

• Booking car servicing and maintenance appointments 

• Contacting service stations for scheduling car washes

• Arriving for airport pickups on time

• Driving clients to their booked hotels and resorts 

• Undertaking vehicle maintenance checks

• Carrying out administrative duties like picking and delivering packages when needed

• Updating and maintaining daily travel schedule

• Following proper traffic rules

• Wearing a clean uniform at all times

• Helping clients look for accommodation and hotels within a budget

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven work experience as a Driver in a reputed Hospitality firm

• Holding a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Knowledge of local routes and sightseeing locations

• Knowledge of road and traffic rules/laws

• Displaying a pleasing personality

• Ability to work on weekends, holidays and for flexible hours

• Demonstrating strong physical and mental stamina

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with navigation apps/tools like Google Maps

• Ability to maintain calm composure at all times

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
