Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our Logistics Department

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for -

  • analyzing the product development life cycle

  • identifying the error in the supply chain

  • making suggestions for the improvement in the supply chain process. 

You should possess an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills. Your ultimate goal is to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of our supply chain operations.

  • Implementing the right supply chain methods and collecting supply chain data for analysis.

  • Analyzing the data to identify problems occurring in the supply chain process and suggest improvements.

  • Ensuring the supply chain standards are being met.

  • Investigating to negotiate best-price contracts to boost business revenue

  • Coordinating with all the staff involved in the supply chain process.

  • Communicating with vendors for addressing issues and negotiating cost-effective deals.

  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory procedures.

  • Maintaining good relationships with business partners and vendors.

  • Monitoring  KPIs and evaluating supply chain performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field.

  • Proven 2 years of experience working in the Logistics Department as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Manager or a similar role.

  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

  • Strong understanding of data mining and analysis.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems for example SAP, NetSuite, etc

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organization and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

  • Ability to maintain store standards and conditions. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.

  • Good numerical abilities.

  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.

  • Good time management skills.
