Job Overview 

We are in search of a creative and highly motivated individual to join as an Advertising Account Executive. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining long-term business relations with them. Besides, you should also be able to explain and negotiate contract terms and conditions.  

You will be serving as a primary point of contact between the clients and the Marketing team. Moreover, you will also be assisting the team in the development of various advertising campaigns. As a part of your job role, you should be able to monitor the allocated budget and ensure project completion within the same budget and on time.  

As an Advertising Account Executive, you should also ensure that the advertising campaigns match the industry standards and client requirements. You should also be familiar with various advertising methods and techniques. A successful candidate should be able to achieve the project requirements under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities 

  • Contacting and sourcing new clients 

  • Discussing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients 

  • Acting as a point of contact between the Marketing team and clients 

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of advertising strategies, campaigns, and plans 

  • Ensuring that the advertising materials is in line with the clients’ requirements 

  • Submitting all prepared advertising materials to the clients for approval and feedback 

  • Handling and monitoring the budget allocated for various advertising campaigns 

  • Ensuring that all advertising projects and campaigns are completed on time and within the allocated budget 

  • Communicating any delays and issues with the projects to the clients 

  • Assisting the Advertising Manager in organizing promotional and networking events 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • 1-3 years of work experience as an Advertising Account Executive or a similar role in the Marketing industry 

  • Complete knowledge of various advertising methods and techniques 

  • Excellent creative and presentation skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Good communication and negotiation skills 

  • Strong multitasking abilities 

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

  • A team player and ability to work independently 

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
