Responsibilities 

  • Developing and coordinating various marketing activities 

  • Creating, managing, and updating mailing and subscriber lists 

  • Assisting with the preparation of product launches 

  • Reviewing marketing materials and suggesting improvements 

  • Communicating with the clients and negotiating contract terms with them 

  • Researching and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends 

  • Organizing and overseeing the flow of various marketing events 

  • Coordinating with the Digital Marketing Strategist to plan and develop content for various digital platforms 

  • Monitoring and optimizing SEO 

  • Ensuring that the company’s website is up-to-date 

  • Assisting with the lead generation process 

  • Planning and implementing effective marketing campaigns 

  • Helping the company build a strong social media presence 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent 

  • 2-3 years of work experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Strategist , or a similar role 

  • Excellent knowledge of the marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends 

  • Familiarity with content management software such as WordPress, Joomla, and Wix 

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools 

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing industry 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

  • A team player as well as having the ability to work independently 

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment 

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
