We are interested in hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic individual as a Freelance Writer to join the Marketing department.
As a Freelance Writer, you will be responsible for writing content for our organization. You are also responsible for assisting the Content Team in publishing articles, blog posts, newsletters, website career pages, and so on.
In addition to this, you should work in collaboration with our Content Writer and Editorial team. You should ensure that content is ready within the given amount of time. You should be editing and proofreading the content written by other Freelance Writers. As an ideal candidate, you should perform detailed research before you write about the products and services.
You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or any associated field. You should possess excellent writing skills and outstanding communication skills. Furthermore, you should have excellent time management skills and a close eye for details.

Conducting research on numerous topics in relation to the product and service.
Writing quality content based on the requirements and specifications of the audience.
Editing and proofreading content crafted by other writers of the team on a day to day basis.
Suggesting innovative ideas and topics for approaching content.
Working closely with the Content Manager as and when required.
Sending reports to the Chief Editor and Editing Manager.
Making sure that the content is ready for publication within the given deadlines.
Monitoring and logging hours spent on different tasks.
Submitting your content through subsequent channels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, English Literature, Journalism, or a relevant field.
Past work experience working as a Freelance Writer will be an added advantage.
Proven records of published work will be mandatory.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Content Management System(CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar software.
Ability to express effectively in the English language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain original work.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Excellent listening skills.
Good time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
