Job Overview

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to manage all SEO, SEM, and other marketing activities for our Marketing Department. 

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization (SEO) activities on all major search engines and social media networks. You should be able to manage our SEM and PPC (pay per click) campaigns. You should also handle Facebook, Instagram, and Google in order to maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the latest trends and insights to analyze data results and accomplish maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

  • Analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns effectively.

  • Manage the campaign costs by assessing monthly costs and reconcile errors.

  • Optimize landing pages for search engine advertising by conducting keyword discovery and other optimization tasks.

  • Research and execute search engine optimization suggestions.

  • Examine and analyze competitor advertising links.

  • Create and execute a link building strategy.

  • Develop an SEO strategy for all the activities to improve traffic to the website.

  • Work with editorial and advertising teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. 

  • Propose changes to website design, content, linking and other variables to enhance SEO positions for target keywords.

  • Write effective SEO friendly content for blogs, journals, websites, and social media accounts.

  • Stay up-to-date knowledge of factors for ranking in search engine results and best practices in the SEO industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant field.

  • Proven 3+ year work experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role.

  • Professional certification of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a must.

  • Professional experience with website analytics tools like Moz, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Thorough understanding of conversion, online customer acquisition, and performance marketing.

  • Excellent working knowledge of bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

  • Outstanding knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Exceptional knowledge of keyword research techniques.

  • Great interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good time management abilities.
