Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. You should be able to attract and engage with targeted virtual communities and networks users. You will provide assistance for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to build our online presence and enhance our advertising, marketing and sales efforts.

  • Execute and manage our social media strategy through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research and platform determination.

  • Develop, edit, publish and share daily content (unique textual content, pictures, video or HTML)

  • Build the visibility of organization's social content with company page optimization on all social and search networks.

  • Direct all client-generated content in accordance with the balanced approach for each network.

  • Make editorial calendars and syndication plans.

  • Improve your efforts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social statistics/metrics, having insights and following the best practices.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to manage reputation, recognize key players and coordinate actions.


  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business.

  • Proven 3+ years work experience as a Social Media Specialist.

  • Professional certification of Digital Media Marketing, SEO, SEM is a must.

  • Excellent knowledge of marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Excellent content writing skills.

  • Proficient in photo and video editing.

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge (e.g.Buzzsumo, Google Analytics, Sprout social etc).

  • Familiarity with web design, web development, CRO and  search engine optimization.

  • Excellent multitasking, presentation, communication and organizational skills.
