Our team is actively seeking for a well-experienced and hardworking candidate to work as a Fabricator on a full-time basis. 

You should be able to produce components that fits into the products such as mobile phones, vehicles, etc. You should also perform various duties of an Assemblers as and when needed. As a Fabricator, you should be able to utilize various hand and power tools. 

To succeed in this job role, you should possess excellent team coordination abilities as well as outstanding communication skills. In addition to this, prior work experience as a Fabricator will be an added advantage for this job position.

Responsibilities 

• Understanding the customer requirements and specifications. 

• Determining the tools and materials needed to develop components. 

• Preparing prototype based on the designer’s plan. 

• Creating the components and products. 

• Using special machinery and hand tools for developing components. 

• Conducting quality assurance procedures on all components. 

• Examining and interpreting the blueprints. 

• Enhancing the manufacturing process. 

• Reporting production errors to the Supervisor. 

• Making alternation to the component to fit in the products. 

• Repairing components and remaking certain products. 

• Working closely with the Product Development team. 

• Providing necessary inputs during the development process. 

• Troubleshooting malfunctioning of the products. 

• Ensuring the work area is clean and safe. 

• Ensuring inventory levels are checked and restocking them accordingly. 

• Adhering to all the safety rules and procedures. 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• 3 years of experience working with the Production department as a Fabricator or a similar role. 

• Outstanding safety skills. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Exceptional eye-hand coordination. 

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects/ 

• Showcasing excellent physical strength and stamina. 

• Proficiency in power tools and hand tools. 

• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. 

• Good time management and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets. 

• Experience in working with industrial machineries. 

• A close for attention to details for accuracy.
