Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Quality Manager to join our Quality Control Department on an immediate basis. You will be working along with other managers of the team for the production of an excellent product.

You will be responsible for managing the production processes. You will also have to ensure that the final product meets the quality standards set by the customers. You should also make sure that the product meets all the requirements before reaching the customer. 

As a Quality Manager, your role is to ensure that the quality of the product is consistent. Your key duties and responsibilities will include maintaining a healthy working environment and maintaining the quality of the product to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and quality requirements beforehand.

  • Set standards for the products and maintain the quality of the product.

  • Develop effective quality control procedures.

  • Ensure the requirements of the customers are fulfilled.

  • Ensure all the legal requirements and legal procedures are being followed.

  • Determine ways to increase production and its efficiency.

  • Determine the requirement of raw material from the suppliers.

  • Check the detailed report before approving or rejecting any material.

  • Ensure that the products fulfill customer expectations.

  • Guide and supervise the technicians as well as the junior staff.

  • Make suggestions for improvement in quality standards.

  • Seek feedback from customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Provide financial analysis for the production and quality management of a product.

  • Follow all the legal procedures and make sure the staff is also following the same.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Quality Manager or Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.

  • Familiar with the procedures and standards of the International Organisation of Standardization (ISO 9000 etc).

  • Good knowledge of data analysis, mathematics, and statistics.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional leadership skills.

  • Outstanding time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented individual.

  • Should be a team player.
