Our Real Estate department is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic candidates to join us as Building Manager.
As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and supervising the maintenance and repairs of the building. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and complaints of the occupants.
Apart from this, you should have a sound knowledge of building structures. You should possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to work for flexible working hours. In addition to this, you should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with the occupants.

Handling day-to-day activities of the building.
Overseeing the building maintenance on a regular basis.
Maintaining a safe environment for the residents.
Supervising the security and fire prevention system.
Ensuring the residents are provided with proper services.
Preparing emergency plans and systems.
Delegating tasks to security personnel.
Reviewing security camera footages.
Providing training to the new employees.
Hiring new employees to maintain and repair the building.
Supervising the opening and closing of the entrance of the building.
Responding to emergencies and other auspicious events.
Inspecting the building for any sign of damage.
Monitoring the building maintenance budget.
Negotiating with the contractors for services.
Examining the completed and ongoing jobs at the building.
Adhering to the building codes and regulations.
Answering all the queries and complaints of the occupants.
Maintaining records for future references.
Following all the rules and regulations of the building structures.
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience working as a Building Manager, Apartment Manager, or a similar role in the Real Estate industry.
Understanding of building codes and structures.
Excellent ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional ability to deal with complaints in a timely manner.
Demonstrate basic maintenance skills.
Outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
A close eye for details.
A keen understanding of project management.
Good organizational and time management skills.
