We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to perform leasing activities on behalf of the property owner.
As a Leasing Consultant, your duties and responsibilities include
Processing lease applications and lease agreements
Keeping the leasing office and model properties clean
Greeting prospective tenants and answering phone calls.
Accepting a security deposit and rent from the renters
You will be dealing with various clients for short term and long term agreements. You will act as an interface between the buyers and sellers for sale and rent.
You will be in charge of showing the available houses, plots, and buildings for lease on a regular basis.

Assisting landlords in finding appropriate tenants for their residential properties.
Working smoothly with the market department for compiling lists, updating properties on our company website.
Organizing day to day meetings with prospective clients.
Presenting the prospective client’s apartments, houses, plots, building, etc in a convincing way.
Coordinating with the maintenance staff to ensure the property is in good condition.
Advertising and promoting all the available properties.
Creating agreements carrying the leasing terms.
Helping the tenants fill their legal leasing forms and documents.
Staying updated with knowledge of the market status.
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or High school Diploma or equivalent field.
Strong working knowledge of property management and other sales techniques.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.
Ability to motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle critical situations.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
