We are interested in hiring a highly detailed oriented individual as a Property Inspector for our Real Estate company.
As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting the properties thoroughly. You will also be responsible for determining the maintenance needs by performing inspections appropriate checks on the property.
To be successful in this job role, you should be ensuring that the residents adhere to all the rules and regulations of leasing agreements. You should be minimizing safety hazards and documenting the inspection plans.
You should possess to demonstrate an extensive understanding of various construction regulations. You should have to possess communication skills and the ability to pay attention to details.

Performing inspections as per the compliance requirements.
Inspecting water quality, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and structural integrity.
Performing detailed indoor and outdoor inspections.
Responding to resident’s complaints and evaluations.
Finding out safety hazards and structural defects.
Facilities repairs and improvements.
Maintaining a report on regular inspections.
Updating the client and stakeholders with inspection programs.
Following the guidelines on client’s lease agreements.
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Minimizing potential safety hazards.
Taking photographs of the violation and logging actions.
Determining maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Coordinating property maintenance as and when required.
High school diploma or an equivalent.
Wok experience as a Property Inspector, Property Manager, or a similar position in the Real Estate industry.
A professional state-approved license as a Property Inspector.
A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Sound knowledge of construction rules and regulations.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of technical construction techniques.
Ability to work for long periods of time and weekends as well.
