Job Overview

We are looking for a real estate broker to help various buyers, sellers and renters in finding their customers. You must have excellent sales experience to assist people making important property related decisions. You will be advising property to interested buyers according to their needs and will also be helping landlords to promote, advertise their property for sale and rent. You will be connecting the potential buyers to the sincere property owners and will also help them sign the agreement with mutual satisfaction.

  • Prepare the legal documentations like agreements, deeds and contracts.

  • Stay up to date with the knowledge of market and the best possible prices.

  • Keep a record of properties for sale.

  • Administer real estate agents.

  • Advice clients about market conditions and impacting factors.

  • Help sellers in promoting their properties.

  • Carry out research for assessing the market value of the properties.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or High school diploma.

  • 2 years of experience as a real estate agent/ broker.

  • Valid license to work as a real estate broker.

  • Basic computer skills like MS Office, Print commands etc.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Capability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
