Job Overview

We are looking for a Realtor to assist clients get the property of their choice. You will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to smoothen the entire property  buying process. You will be communicating with clients to understand their preferences and accordingly offer available properties. Besides, you will be developing a marketing plan and maintaining online property listings. 

You should be able to facilitate negotiations between the parties involved to help get a competitive market rate. In addition, your responsibility also entails advising clients on the prevailing market conditions and legal requirements. Also, you should assist in preparing property documents and paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Searching and recommending residential and commercial real estate properties suiting the clients requirements and budget

  • Accompanying clients on property visits 

  • Offering and negotiating contract terms with clients

  • Understanding clients housing preferences and requirements

  • Updating online property listings and identifying those on sale

  • Screening potential clients

  • Presenting and explaining offers to buyers

  • Offering advice to clients on the plan of action and financial liabilities

  • Comparing different properties to identify the best market rate

  • Assisting clients with any legal matters

  • Helping clients gather and submit the necessary documents 

  • Managing online listings, property auctions and leasing/renting properties

  • Coordinating with home inspectors to ascertain the condition of the property

  • Creating a list of real estate properties

  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts like attorneys and lenders

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any field

  • Holding a valid Real Estate license

  • Excellent networking and negotiating skills

  • Impressive communication skills

  • Good knowledge of the property and real estate market

  • Ability to provide sound advice

  • Ability to maintain honesty

  • Knowledge of the legalities involved

  • Ability to undertake basic administrative duties such as preparing documents for lease and tax assessments

  • Understanding of the state and property regulations

  • Demonstrating strong code of ethics and reliability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the real estate industry

  • Ability to maintain a strong network of real estate professionals
