We plan on hiring a qualified Account Representative to join our company on an immediate basis.
As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing the client accounts assigned to you. You will be addressing customer concerns and get in touch with the prospects to expand their account portfolio. You will be promoting our services as well as the additional products we offer to our clients.
You should aim towards the betterment of our sales process by conducting sales calls and closing sales deals positively.

Address customer queries and complaints of assigned clients
Upsell or cross-sell products/services and approach new customers
Collaborate with the account managers and submit reports to senior managers
Be the prime point of contact to assign customers
Negotiate contracts and manage all the paperwork, e.g. orders, invoices, etc.
Follow up regularly once you have closed a deal and ensure client’s satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and queries quickly and defuse tension
Pass on the issues to the account managers when required
Generate leads and approach them via email, cold-calling etc. to meet your sales targets
Submit reports on accounts status, sales activity, and others
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field. Candidates having High School Diploma will also be considered
Proven work experience as an Account Representative, Sales Representative or other related job roles
Prior work experience in customer services will prove to be an asset
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Analytical mind having robust problem-solving, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills
Confident, assertive, goal-oriented individual.
Outstanding multi-tasking ability and excellent organizational skills.
