Job Overview

We plan on hiring a qualified Account Representative who can manage assigned client accounts for us. You will be addressing customer concerns and get in touch with the prospects to expand their account portfolio.

  • Address customer queries and complaints of assigned clients

  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services and approach new customers

  • Collaborate with the account managers and submit reports to senior managers

  • Be the prime point of contact to assign customers

  • Negotiate contracts and manage all the paperwork, e.g. orders, invoices

  • Follow up regularly once you have closed a deal and ensure client’s satisfaction

  • Respond to customer complaints and queries quickly and defuse tension

  • Pass on the issues to the account managers when required

  • Approach prospects via email, cold-calling etc. to meet your sales targets

  • Submit reports on accounts status, sales activity, and possible issues


  • BA/BSc in Business or relevant field. High School Diploma will also be considered

  • Proven work experience as an Account Representative or other related job roles

  • Prior work experience in customer services will prove to be an asset

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Analytical mind having robust problem-solving, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills

  • Confident, assertive, goal-oriented individual.

  • Outstanding multi-tasking ability and excellent organizational skills.
