You will be responsible for developing a strategic business strategy to enhance business growth. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining sales and revenues records. In addition to this, you will require to prepare new sales campaigns and develop a cordial relationship with the internal and external vendors.
As a Business Development Director, you should possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with the team efficiently. You should have outstanding leadership skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
Prior work experience as a Business Development Director or a similar role will be mandatory to qualify for this position. You should also be proficient in MS Office Tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Identifying business opportunities to grow the business.
Managing and building relationships with the vendors and external suppliers.
Maintaining the records for the sales, revenues, and expenditures.
Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
Understanding the products and services of the company.
Suggesting improvements in the business strategies.
Creating new campaigns to drive business growth.
Coordinating with the Sales and the Marketing department.
Preparing presentations for Company Executives and Management team.
Preparing documents and information for requests for proposals (RFPs).
Adhering to rules and regulations of the company.
Supervising the department budgets.
Staying updated with the market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Excellent experience working with Customer Relationship Management software such as SAP, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
A proven sales record will be an added benefit.
Demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate efficiently.
Ability to work in a stressful working environment.
Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
