Our Sales department is looking passionate and hardworking candidate to join us as a Sales Development Representative.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding potential leads by implementing various sales strategies. You will also be responsible for understanding the products and services offered by the company.
To be successful in this job position, you should be working in close coordination with the Account Executives and other Sales team members. You should be proficient in using Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft Office tools.
In addition to this, you should also possess outstanding sales skills and the ability to offer excellent customer service to the clients. You should also have good time management skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Developing full-proof sales strategies to attract potential customers.
Conducting market research to identify new leads.
Identifying the needs and requirements of the prospective customers.
Presenting and explaining the products and services to the customers.
Contacting the customers via cold calling, email, etc.
Attending sales meetings along with the Account Executives.
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
Working in collaboration with the sales team members.
Attending product training sessions and conferences.
Following up with the potential customers as and when needed.
Ensuring the company sales targets and goals are met.
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Staying with the latest trends in the Sales industry.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role.
Outstanding ability to deliver an engaging presentation.
Ability to communicate efficiently.
Good analytical and research skills.
Ability to work with no or minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to solve complex problems instantly.
Ability to think strategically and out of the box.
Good mathematical and research skills.
Ability to deal with different customers via telephonic conversations.
