We plan on hiring a professional Account Executive who would support us in managing the customer accounts.
An ideal candidate for this role would be someone who will help us grow our customer base by engaging the existing customers and sourcing prospective clients. You will also help us plan and initiate projects in ways that help meet our client’s requirements.
Your duties and responsibilities include
Managing existing accounts
Conducting cold calls
Maintaining relationships with existing clients
Your main aim should be to convert all leads into customers and provide them excellent customer service. You will be reporting directly to the Account Managers and give reports about your activities to them.

Develop sales content (proposals, analysis, and presentations)
Help deliver presentations to clients
Coordinate with the in-house teams and vendors to execute projects
Plan projects from start till the end (budgets, estimates, and project schedules)
Be updated with our products and services on a regular basis
Conduct research to inform about client’s strategies
Monitor the progress of the project, considering its expenses, and timelines
Submit regular status reports
Maintain records and data
Respond to customer requests quickly
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Coordinator or Account Manager or a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of using CRM software like Zendesk Sell, Intercom, etc.
Extensive know-how of project management and advertising
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Social media marketing will be taken as a plus
Better understanding of different research methodologies
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Should be a team player
