Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan that helps achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned accounts and territory.

  • Communicate the value proposition of our products and services via presentations and proposals effectively.

  • Report on forces that shift strategic direction and tactical budgets of accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven 3 years of working experience as a Sales Marketing, Inside Sales Manager, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

  • Ability to meet or exceed annual sales targets.

  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence the target audience, including C-level and executives.

  • Ability to articulate the exclusive features of products and services.

  • Ability to position products/services against competitors.

  • Outstanding communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.

  • Ability to develop systematic sales strategies. 

  • Exceptional technical skills.

  • Ability to maintain a positive environment in the sales team.

  • Quick decision making abilities.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent sales skills.
