Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager for our company. As a Corporate Travel Manager, you will be responsible to design, create and implement an effective corporate travel strategy. Your responsibility will also include the monitoring of all the travel exercises and programs at our company right from booking tickets to reconciling expenses and communicating with other members of the team. You will make sure that the travel of client is safe and arranged according to the policy of our company.

  • Create and implement corporate travel policies.

  • Administer and handle all activities and operations of travel arrangements (air tickets, lodgings and so on.)

  • Oversee trustworthiness with travel vendors and agencies.

  • Arrange contracts or expenses with providers of travel services.

  • Advice on travel records, documentation, import/trade regulations, insurance and so forth.

  • Process T&E reports, handle repayments, book tickets and accommodation.

  • Assure compliance with various pertinent travel strategies and methodologies.

  • Propose  changes, improvements and development in travel programs.

  • Design, execute and manage training seminars and corporate programs for travelers and operations teams.


  • BS/BA degree in Tourism or relevant field.

  • Proven 3+year experience as a Corporate Travel Manager or relevant position.

  • Professional training in Traveling and Tourism is a Plus.

  • Advance Knowledge of CTM/GDS solutions and T&E reporting.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Customer oriented, problem solver and well-organized individual.

  • Excellent Knowledge of international customs, currencies, travel rules and regulations.
