Our tour company is looking for a smart and experienced Immigration Consultant to help our clients with their immigration requirements. You should be able to communicate with clients and guide them with the required immigration procedures. Besides, you should assist them in gathering and submitting the required documents.
As an Immigration Consultant, you should be up-to-date with the immigration laws and any changes with the same. Moreover, you should also be able to assist clients with fulfillment of medical checkups and any other mandatory requirements. As part of your job responsibilities, you should be able to keep the clients in the loop of their immigration status.
A successful candidate should have complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the travel and tourism industry. Furthermore, you should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct in-depth research. You should be able to coordinate with different governing bodies on behalf of the client.

Ensuring safe transportation and handling of pets, if any
Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required
Assisting clients in finding appropriate courier facilities or with any other shipping requirements
Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements
Understanding of travel laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and research driven individual
Ability to handle stressful situations
Strong leadership skills
Ability to offer excellent customer service
