We are looking for a professional and friendly Tour Manager to be a part of our growing tour company. You will be primarily responsible for providing travelers with a memorable travelling experience. You should be able to plan and develop engaging travel itineraries for our clients. Besides, you should also be able to make all travel arrangements within the allocated budget.
You should be able to effectively manage finances and maintain a record of the same. Moreover, you should be able to assist clients with the visa application procedure. As a Tour Manager, you should have excellent presentation and networking skills. Furthermore, you should be able to address any queries or complaints from travelers.
To perform in this job role, you should have decent experience in the Travel and Tourism industry. In addition to this, you should be highly motivated and have a pleasing personality.

Planning and preparing detailed travel itineraries
Arranging and booking transportation and accommodation services
Managing tour budget and other finances
Assisting clients with the visa application process
Processing and confirming reservations
Instructing travelers of safety procedures, travel essentials, and any other requirements
Promoting and selling travel packages
Welcoming travelers and announcing any important travel details
Informing travelers of the arrival and departure time and ensuring compliance with the same
Address any queries and complaints from the travelers
Informing travelers of sightseeing and other tourist attractions
Organizing and attending tourism events and exhibitions
Maintaining and updating a record of all travel-related activities
Obtaining journey feedback from travelers
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Complete knowledge of booking tickets and making other travel arrangements
Highly motivated and professional individual
