Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and competent District Manager to join us. Your role is to act as a bridge between the head office and the branches in your district. You will be the in-charge of all the branches in your district and will be responsible to ensure that all the targets are met. Your role is to check that company policies and procedures are being followed. This job requires a lot of interaction with the branch managers so you should have extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Interaction with the management and the branch managers

  • Ensure that all the operations are running smoothly in every branch

  • Ensure that revenues and outputs are increased

  • Estimate the sales and arrange the materials accordingly

  • Encourage employees for maximum growth

  • Recommend employees to the upper management on the basis of performance and input

  • Strategic planning and applying new techniques to maximize the revenue

  • Ensure that each branch provides customer satisfaction

  • Recruit and train a team of highly professional branch managers which represent the branch according to company's perspective


  • Masters in Business Administration. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree will also be considered

  • Experience of working as a District Manager or Senior Management post

  • Familiar with businesses development strategies

  • Amazing leadership qualities

  • Willing to travel places for workshops or seminars

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Ability to encourage and motivate the staff
