We are looking for a skilled and active Typist to join our team. Your role is to type every document which is necessary and to convert all the hard copy data into soft copy. You will be responsible to type reports, documents, policies and many other confidential documents. You should be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to quickly type proofread all the data.

  • Ensure the data is accurate and up to date

  • Maintain data that should be accessible to all the employees when required

  • Transfer data from hard copy to the digital form

  • Proofread, identify and edit the grammatical mistakes and errors

  • Interpret documents from the dictated tapes

  • Assemble and formulate the typing material

  • Compose and devise presentations and spreadsheets from existing files and data

  • Keep the private data confidential

  • Follow security policies of the company


  • High school diploma

  • Additional training or certification will be preferred

  • Proven experience of working as a Data Entry Operator or Typist

  • Proficient in English language

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools

  • Fast typing skills

  • Reliable and trustworthy
