Job Overview 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to be a part of our team. You should be able to attend various skill training workshops and classes. Besides, you should also be able to prepare presentations, evaluation tests, and reports. As a part of your job role, you should ensure compliance with the health and safety procedures. 

You should also be able to visit construction sites and review the existing company processes. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be beneficial in recommending improvement measures. Moreover, you should be able to build and maintain long-term business relationships. 

As a successful candidate for this position, you should display excellent time management skills. You should be willing to visit different locations and work well in a team. In addition to this, you should display good physical dexterity and a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities 

• Participating in workshops and training classes 

• Ensuring adherence to safety and health procedures at all times 

• Preparing presentations and completing evaluation tests 

• Visiting construction sites and inspecting all the requirements 

• Reviewing and recommending improvement measures on the existing company processes 

• Maintaining a detailed and accurate log of all findings and updating the same 

• Providing clear instructions and holding training sessions for the team members 

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and vendors 

• Addressing any client queries in a professional and timely manner 

• Assisting in developing and implementing industry’s best practices 

• Investigating any technical faults and offering solutions 

• Using appropriate techniques and diagnostic tools while reviewing company processes 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Proven work experience as an Apprentice or similar role in the Construction industry 

• Complete knowledge of the industry processes, health, and safety regulations 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Highly motivated and demonstrating excellent physical dexterity 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Willingness to travel and work at flexible hours 

• A team player and ability to work independently 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
