Job Overview 

We are excited to announce that we are seeking for a passionate and talented individual to join us as a Lead Carpenter. Your primary objective will be supervising the team members and ensuring the work is completed within the said time frame. 

To be successful in this job role, you should possess excellent leadership skills as well as outstanding customer service skills. You should also have knowledge of various electrical power tools. Prior work experience as a Lead Carpenter, or a similar role will be an advantage for this position.

  • Understanding the client's requirements. 

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints. 

  • Preparing budget and timesheet for the work to be done. 

  • Assigning tasks to the team members as per their abilities. 

  • Estimating the raw materials required for the job. 

  • Remodeling old furniture's as per the client's demand. 

  • Supervising the team members. 

  • Tracking the progress of the work. 

  • Following all the safety rules and regulations. 

  • Providing training to the new workers. 

  • Solving problems faced by the team members. 

  • Working in collaboration with the Contractors and Project Manager

  • Making use of various power tools and hand tools. 

  • Maintaining a day-to-day record of tasks completed. 

  • Ensuring the work area is clean after work. 

  • Performing various carpentry duties as and when needed. 

  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company. 

  • Staying updated with the latest trends in the industry. 


  • High school diploma or GED. 

  • Proven work experience as a Lead Carpenter, Carpenter, or a similar role in the Construction company. 

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory. 

  • Excellent knowledge in using various carpentry tools. 

  • Understanding of safety rules. 

  • Ability to read blueprints. 

  • Experience working in diverse teams. 

  • Showcasing excellent leadership skills. 

  • Excellent communications skills. 

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of remodeling artifacts. 

  • Excellent time management skills. 

  • Ability to work for a long period of time. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. 

  • A close eye for details for accuracy.
