We are seeking a competent Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our Facilities Department.
You should have technical skills and knowledge of different crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, etc. You should also be reliable and have an extraordinary eye for detail. You should also have outstanding knowledge of essential administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for hiring, direct as well as train staff. You will also be responsible to ensure the smooth running of cleaning or repair activities. Your main objective will be to guarantee that offices and facilities are in a decent and safe condition consistently.

Checking, examining and maintaining building systems (e.g. heating, ventilation and so on.)
Overseeing, hiring, managing and supervising tradesmen for installations, repairs or maintenance.
Monitoring facilities intermittently to determine issues, problems, and required maintenance.
Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and distributing work.
Contributing to the development of the maintenance budget.
Monitoring stock of materials and equipment.
Participating in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
Guaranteeing adherence to quality principles and health and safety regulations.
High school diploma in a vocational field or relevant discipline.
Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager or a similar role.
Professional CMRP or HVAC Certifications will be preferred.
Exceptional technical knowledge of all building systems.
Outstanding knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
Strong understanding of planning, budgeting and performance management.
Strong working knowledge of various preventive maintenance techniques.
Excellent planning and leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to manage maintenance budgets efficiently.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to lead and motivate the team.
A keen eye on details.
