We intend to hire a reliable Safety Manager to make sure that everyone in the company complies with the safety and health regulations. You will be establishing policies that will help create as well as maintain a safe and secure place of work. Develop and implement health and safety plans in the workplace as per the official guidelines.
Prepare and put into effect policies that establish the culture of health and safety.
Evaluate procedures, practices and facilities to assess risks and adherence to the regulation
Conduct presentations and training sessions for health and safety concerns along with accident prevention.
Monitor compliance with laws and policies by inspecting workforce and operations.
Inspect the machinery and equipment to examine possible hazardous conditions.
Investigate incidents or accidents to discover causes and managing the worker’s compensation claims.
Recommending solutions that help improve prospects or take new prevention measures.
BA or BSc degree in Safety Management or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Safety Manager.
Good understanding of legal safety and health guidelines.
Ability to develop viable policies and generating reports.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid accreditation in occupational safety and health.
Solid knowledge of risk assessment and data analysis.
