Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Event Manager to join our firm. You should be able to arrange events and occasions that will make an impact to a target audience. You will make sure that the events are cost-effective and successful by paying attention to budget plan and time requirements. You should possess excellent organizational skills and an understanding of event marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute events as per the goals and objectives.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance the success of an event.

  • Ensure adherence with budget plans.

  • Sourcing and negotiating with the suppliers.

  • Arrange and organize all tasks of the event.

  • Leading special promotional activities for the event.

  • Manage and supervise all staff including facilitators, designers, caterers etc.

  • Give approval to all arrangements before the event.

  • Provide guarantee for the smooth completion of the event.

  • Coordinate with others such as contractors and caterers to arrange the event.

  • Make report of the issues and determine possible measures to resolve them.

  • Prepare detailed reports about the entire event.


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Marketing.

  • 3 year experience of working as an Event Manager.

  • Proficient with event management KPIs and marketing techniques.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills.

  • Good leadership and customer service skills.

  • Outstanding problem solving abilities.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent team player.
