We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join us as a Department Head. You will be responsible for setting departmental goals and ensuring timely completion of the same. Also, you should be able to assist with the planning and implementation of company’s policies and guidelines. Besides, you should be able to address any employee complaints and queries.
As a Department Head, you should be able to assist the HR Manager with the employee onboarding process and organize training sessions for the new recruits. Moreover, you should also ensure that the employees have a positive work environment. Furthermore, you should be able to review employee performance and provide them with relevant feedback.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition to this, you should be familiar with ATS software and have a good understanding of the HR-related best practices.

Assisting in planning and implementing company policies
Setting departmental goals and monitoring its success
Addressing any employee queries on the company policies and regulations
Organizing training sessions for the new recruits
Training employees on handling customer queries and offering excellent customer satisfaction
Reviewing employee performance and providing them feedback
Ensuring that the employees have a clean and positive work environment
Overseeing that the employees report for work on time
Setting goals for employees and overseeing the completion of the same
Assisting the HR Manager with the employee onboarding and offboarding process
Organizing and encouraging participation of employees in team building and recreational activities
Attending various workshops to upgrade skills
Networking at various events and building long-term business relations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Department Head, HR Associate, HR Onboarding Manager or a similar role in the Human Resources industry
Complete knowledge of the HR best practices and legal guidelines
Familiarity with ATS software such as Jobsoid
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to offer excellent customer service
