Our Human Resources department is looking for a Staffing Specialist to help us with our recruiting needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the employee onboarding process goes on smoothly. Besides, you should be able to post jobs on various job boards and develop screening procedures. You will also be responsible for organizing, participating, and networking at various recruiting events.
As a Staffing Specialist, you should be able to perform thorough employee background checks as well as maintain accurate employee records. Moreover, you should be able to coordinate with external recruiting agencies and stay up-to-date with the employment laws. Also, you should be able to create and present detailed reports on the daily staffing tasks.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have good multitasking skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. In addition to this, you should ensure that the company’s staffing needs are met in adherence to the governing laws and guidelines. Your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively will be advantageous.

Recruiting candidates via various professional networks and social media channels
Identifying the company’s staffing requirements and designing screening procedures accordingly
Organizing and participating in various recruiting events
Posting job advertisements on various recruiting and social media channels
Maintaining and updating databases of detailed and accurate candidate information
Performing thorough employee background checks
Ensuring that the new recruits are aware of all the onboarding processes and regulations
Creating and presenting detailed reports on all staffing tasks
Coordinating with external recruiting agencies to fulfill recruiting requirements
Staying up-to-date with the changes in the company’s policies and processes
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Complete knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and other onboarding processes
Familiarity with ATS software such as Jobsoid
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A team player as well as the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Having an eye for detail
Ability to offer excellent customer service
