We are in search of an IT Analyst to join our team of IT professionals. You should have complete knowledge of business practices and the ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients. Besides, you should be able to design and develop efficient IT systems. Also, you will be coordinating with the users to gather feedback on the system performances. 

You should also be able to test and troubleshoot any hardware and software issues. Furthermore, you should also be able to schedule maintenance checks and upgrades. As an IT Analyst, you should be familiar with database programming and have excellent troubleshooting skills. You will also be required to assist with the setting up of new user accounts and profiles. 

To be able to perform in this job role, you should have decent years of work experience as well as A+ and Linux+ certifications. You should also demonstrate collaborative skills and a detail-oriented approach. A candidate with excellent technical and project management skills will be considered.

Responsibilities 

• Communicating with the stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements 

• Designing and developing efficient IT systems 

• Building technological solutions that meet the business requirements 

• Coordinating with users to gather their feedback on system performance 

• Overseeing hardware and software installations 

• Planning and performing system upgrades 

• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the IT industry 

• Testing and troubleshooting any hardware and software issues 

• Assisting in setting up new user accounts and profiles 

• Scheduling maintenance checks and upgrades 

• Repairing and replacing damaged parts and equipment 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 

• 3-5 years' work experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Coordinator , or a similar position in the IT and Development industry 

• A+ and Linux+ Certification is mandatory 

• Complete knowledge of database programming, troubleshooting, and software installations 

• Good time management and project management skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently 

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
