We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join us as a District Attorney. You will be responsible for researching and preparing criminal prosecution cases. Besides, you should also be able to review case files, police reports, and plea appeals. You should also be able to interview victims and suspects before stating any criminal charges.
Your strong leadership skills will be beneficial in guiding and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Attorneys, Lawyers , and Law Clerks. Furthermore, you should also be able to prepare and file trial motions. Your job responsibilities will also include maintaining an accurate record of all the court procedures and trial preparations.
As a District Attorney, you should have a complete knowledge of the State and Federal rules and regulations. In addition to this, you should have a detail-oriented approach and a highly reliable personality. A candidate with proven work experience in this area of work will be considered.

Researching and preparing criminal prosecution cases
Examining police reports and case files
Reviewing the legal outcomes of criminal charges against perpetrators
Coordinating with the Police Officers and Crime Investigators in analyzing case files
Interviewing victims, witnesses, and suspects
Preparing pre-trial motions
Analyzing evidence and other case details before prosecuting perpetrators
Overseeing and guiding the Attorney, Lawyers, and Law Clerks
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of the court procedures, trial preparations, and interview transcripts
Ensuring compliance with the legal laws and protocols at all times
Reviewing and negotiating plea bargains
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a District Attorney, Attorney, Associate Attorney, or a similar role in the Legal industry
Holding a valid license and certification to practice law
Complete knowledge of the State and Federal rules and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individual
Ability to conduct in-depth research
Strong leadership skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to provide excellent customer service
