Job Overview 

We are looking for a prudent Lawyer to be a part of our Law firm. You should be able to communicate with clients and understand their legal requirements. Besides, you should also be able to conduct in-depth research and gather evidence. You should be able to offer sound advice on legal matters and ensure the clients are informed about the consequences of the same. 

Moreover, you should assist in preparing notices, and pleadings to be submitted in court. You should possess excellent negotiation skills and help clients secure the best deal in civil disputes. In addition to this, you should be able to coordinate with Legal Advisors and Litigation Paralegal on various cases. 

To excel in this job role, you should have complete knowledge of the Federal and State laws and regulations. Also, you should be able to handle stressful situations and perform under strict deadlines. An individual having the ability to make sound judgements will be considered.

Responsibilities 

• Communicating with clients and understanding their legal requirements 

• Performing in-depth research and applying appropriate rules and regulations 

• Gathering and interpreting evidence 

• Presenting evidence supporting the case in court 

• Offering legal advice to clients 

• Drafting and reviewing deeds, legal documents, and wills 

• Representing the client in court proceedings 

• Coordinating with Legal Advisors and Litigation Paralegal on various cases 

• Preparing notices and pleadings to be submitted in court 

• Developing and implementing effective legal solutions to resolve complex cases 

• Arguing and presenting pointers before the judge 

• Interviewing clients and preparing witnesses 

• Examining and advising clients on legal data and its consequences 

• Negotiating contract terms and civil disputes on behalf of clients 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Lawyer, or Legal Advisor in a reputed Law firm or the Legal industry 

• Holding a valid license to practice law 

• Complete knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong researching and negotiation skills 

• Having a keen eye for detail 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Ability to make sound judgements 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations 

• Willingness to travel to different locations 

• Ability to work for flexible hours 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
