Job Overview

We are looking to hire an individual for the post of General Counsel in our organization. Your job is to ensure that all business operations are being carried out as per the law. You will also be offering your services in all legal matters. You need to provide effective suggestions on company’s strategies and monitor the effects of external factors. As a General Counsel, you will be involved in complicated transactions and negotiating important contracts.

  • Assist in the development of company’s policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance in all legal matters.

  • Ensure that the business is being run in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

  • Evaluate the involved risks in advance.

  • Find possible solutions for company’s legal issues.

  • Monitor the cases filed against or on behalf of the company.

  • Coordinate with all the stakeholders and maintain associations of trust and respect with them.

  • Deal with complex issues related to the law.


  • BS Degree in Law.

  • 4 years General Counseling experience.

  • Experience working with attorneys.

  • Outstanding legal knowledge (corporate law, labor laws etc).

  • Ability to develop strategies and policies in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Understanding of legal software such as Clio, MyCase or Casebox.

  • Ability to forecast legal issues and risks.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
