Job Overview

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to perform all the official tasks and provide support to the attorney in legal cases. You will be responsible for maintaining the files, conduct research for different cases and create legal documents. An attorney will supervise all your tasks.

  • Assist the attorney in performing all the administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with the clients, witnesses and all the people involved in the case.

  • Attend trials and take notes.

  • Maintain and organize the case files.

  • Plan meetings with clients according to attorney’s calendar.

  • Investigate the facts and figures for the cases and create reports for the attorney.

  • Collect important evidences and other legal information for the lawyer’s review.

  • Answer client’s phone calls and emails.

  • Keep the client’s informed about the status of their case.

  • Prepare case summaries.


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies plus Paralegal Certification.

  • 2 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant.

  • Ability to analyze the case and create reports for the attorney to review.

  • Understanding of all law firm’s practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
