We are looking for a Transaction Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate industry to be a part of our team. You should be able to assist the clients with all the processes involved in real estate transactions. You should be of assistance in gathering and submitting documents that aid in leasing, renewal, or termination of real estate properties.
Besides, you should be able to review the financial standing of clients and suggest contract options accordingly. Moreover, your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be helpful in resolving any financial issues faced by clients and landlords. You will also be responsible for evaluating lease acquisition dates and extending or renewing lease agreements.
As a Transaction Manager, you should hold a verified real estate license and an excellent sales record. In addition to this, you should also have good networking and persuasive skills. Furthermore, having complete knowledge of all the legal procedures and guidelines governing the real estate market is mandatory.

Managing and overseeing day-to-day transactions
Developing and implementing transaction plans, goals, and objectives
Resolving any financial issues between the clients and landlords

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Atleast 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry as a Transaction Manager, Leasing Manager , or a similar role
Holding a valid real estate license and excellent sales record
Complete knowledge of the legal procedures and guidelines governing the Real Estate industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent networking and persuasive skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Detail-oriented and reliable individual
Ability to manage stressful situations
Ability to offer excellent customer service
