Our Sales department is in search of a smart and energetic Appointment Setter to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers via phone calls and emails. Besides, you should have a complete understanding of the company’s products and services. Also, you should be able to address any customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
You should also be able to maintain an accurate and detailed record of all day-to-day activities. Moreover, you should be able to schedule appointments and meetings as per the customer’s requests. This job role will also require you to perform basic administrative tasks and possess excellent telephone etiquettes.
As an Appointment Setter, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition to this, you should be able to perform independently as well as collaboratively. Your ability to handle stressful situations and provide enhanced customer satisfaction will work to your advantage. A successful candidate should also have proven work experience in the Sales industry.

Understanding the basic details and features of the company’s products and services
Contacting clients and potential leads via phone calls and emails
Answering any incoming calls and emails and addressing customer queries
Gathering feedback from customers on the various products and services
Coordinating and scheduling consultation appointments with Sales Representatives
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all day-to-day calls
Diverting any urgent requests or complaints to the Sales Manager
Rescheduling appointments, meetings, and calls as per the customer’s requests
Performing basic administrative tasks such as organizing documents and maintaining customer records
High school diploma or GED
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Telecaller, Telemarketer , or a similar role in the Sales industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent telephone etiquettes
A team player as well as ability to work independently
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
