Job Overview

We plan on hiring a professional Territory Manager to assist us to boost sales of our products. 

As a Territory Manager, you will be required to address the customer requirements within a designated geographical area. You will be responsible for presenting our products/services to the potential clients. You should identify certain customer traits and recommend viable means to promote and sell our products. In short, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies in your region.

You should always be motivated to accomplish your sales targets. If you have the required sales experience, we certainly would like to see you on board!


  • Identify local business challenges and opportunities

  • Plan effective sales strategies to ensure good sales

  • Act as a viable point of contact for both existing, as well as, potential customers within a certain territory

  • Report on regional sales outcomes on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Present our products/services to the prospects

  • Identify exact customer needs and recommend viable product solutions

  • Work closely with sales teams and other internal teams to accomplish individual, as well as, group sales quota

  • Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to contribute towards making engaging promotional content

  • Answer customer queries about the product feature, its pricing and additional services being offered

  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved on time

  • Cross-sell our products, when appropriate

  • Collaborate with the sales representatives from different regions to share along the best practices and also support a consistent sales approach


  • BSc in Business Administration or Marketing field. Diploma in Sales can also apply

  • Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative or any role in Sales industry

  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing industry is mandatory

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent decision making abilities
